Tech Cos Enforce Work-From-Home Clause Amid Coronavirus Outbreak

After cancelling all business travel by employees to China in the wake of the novel Coronavirus outbreak, the India development centres of several global technology firms are enforcing a mandatory 14-day work-from-home clause for staff that have recently returned from the country.

Sanchit Vir Gogia of Greyhound Research said some of the large technology services companies are also likely to get impacted as many Japanese natives are located in China and are servicing their Japanese clients.
