BlackBerry’s new Q10 Smartphone has failed to generate any significant interest amongst the tech enthusiasts and users, who termed the phone as overpriced. The Canadian manufacturer has unveiled its QWERTY Smartphone, Q10 in India at a whopping price tag of Rs 44,990.

“It’s certainly overpriced. Not suited for markets like India. BlackBerry has lost its reputation. Q10 at this price point might excite those set of users who are traditionally BlackBerry lovers. This should be priced between INR 30,000-INR 35,000,” says Sanchit Vir Gogia, Chief Analyst and CEO, Greyhound Research.
