Stephen Pratt, Head of Utilities and Resources, North America, has quit Infosys. The exit follows that of Ashok Vemuri, who was Head of Americas and Global Head of Manufacturing and Engineering Services and a Board member. According to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Pratt will be replaced by Alexandre Elvis Rodrigues, who is now Regional Head, Energy and Services, Americas.
However, analysts feel that Pratt’s exit will not affect the company much. “The company is going through a transformation and some shake-ups are bound to happen but it will not affect the business as it is a large company,” said Sanchit Vir Gogia, Chief Analyst, Greyhound Research.
