India’s E-Commerce Groups Urge To Stop Alibaba

A decade after allowing Amazon to start what would become India’s largest online marketplace, Flipkart co-founder Sachin Bansal appealed for government protection against his former employer.

“Alibaba could approach the e-commerce unit as a complement to Paytm’s core business, hoping to back a retail platform that could increase volumes for Paytm’s payment system”, says Sanchit Vir Gogia, Founder and CEO of Greyhound Knowledge Group.
