What is the event all about? 

All India Management Association (AIMA) as the national apex body of management profession has been organizing an annual flagship event – the National Management Convention with an objective to address the challenges faced by the corporate in India, their implications on the business scenario and deliberates on key strategies for successful business performance.

The theme of the 41st NMC is “Changing Times: Reinventing the India Story”, and eminent speakers from different spheres of life will share their views with participants through interactive sessions.

In the current scenario, technology adoption is going to be one of the key drivers that will help organizations gain sustainable competitive edge in the near times to come. The challenge for every organization is how they innovate and then adopt and seamlessly imbibe technology in their business operations.

Considering the above imperative, as part of the convention, AIMA is also organizing a Case Study Contest on Usage of Technology for Effective Business to perform productively and enhance customer experience. The Topic of the contest is “Technology Adoption- A Key Enabler for Business Success in the India’s Growth Story”.
