Agility with insightful accuracy. For me that’s one reason why I follow Greyhound Research’s work closely. They are quick off the mark in responding and anticipating event, but at the same time ensure quality doesn’t suffer because of speed. And most importantly, they are end-user focused and don’t let a business relationship come in the way of saying what should be said, and neither do they sugar-coat what can sometimes be a bitter truth.
