Sunil Kharbanda is a veteran in the field of setting up organizations, LOB’s for information-technology business in APJ. He has a deep understanding garnered from his leadership roles at Oracle & SAP.
At SAP, Sunil played a wide range of leadership roles, including Sales, Support Services, Employee Engagement and Customer Management. His last assignment was with SAP as Chief Customer Officer, SAP Indian Sub-Continent. In his last role, Sunil was responsible for driving customer management strategies, which revolved around strengthening SAP’s relationship with customers, quality of engagement, customer advocacy, adoption, of SAP’s innovations, increasing SAP’s footprint in customer organizations, Cloud revenues & provide Executive sponsorship to Strategic deals.
His career spans over 25 years’ experience across diverse sectors and businesses, including leadership positions in sales and business cycle. He brings in a strong business track and network of relationships within and outside industry.
Sunil has been building, growing, managing large complex business portfolios and transforming them into a structured organization to execute long term and profitable business for the company.
A prior winner of one of India’s distinguished “Relationship Building” contribution Awards by CEO India, Sunil was also recognized by Fore School of Management Alumni for his contribution to Executive Leadership within the industry. He was recently awarded with Customer Centricity Award by SAP for his forward-looking customer management strategies and has many accolades to the businesses he has established and sustained during his corporate career.
A trained professional Life Coach & Master’s in business management from FORE School of Management, New Delhi. He is a passionate networker & sportsman who enjoys playing cricket and he has been instrumental in establishing many networking events within the ecosystems to build deep & stronger relationships.
